  1. Introduction

Welcome to Phoenix Tours & Photography. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms comply with Japanese and international laws and govern your participation in our tours and related services.

  1. Booking and Cancellation Policy
  • One-Day Tours & Photography Services

○ Booking must be made at least one (1) day in advance.

○ Cancellations made one (1) day before the tour will receive a full refund.

○ Cancellations made two (2) or more days before but canceled one (1) day before will receive only a 50% refund.

○ Weather Disclosure: In case of bad weather conditions that prevent the tour or photoshoot from taking place, customers will have the option to reschedule or receive a 100% refund.

  • Multi-Day Tours (5 Days or More)

○ Booking must be made at least one (1) month in advance.

○ Cancellations made two (2) weeks before the tour start date will receive only a 50% refund.

○ No exceptions will be made.

  • Peak Season Tours

○ Booking must be made at least two (2) months in advance.

○ Cancellations made one (1) month before the tour start date will receive only a 50% refund.

○ No exceptions will be made.

  1. Payment Policy
  • All payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
  • Payments are non-negotiable and must be completed using the accepted payment methods provided by Phoenix Tours & Photography.
  • Failure to make full payment will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
  • Any additional fees, including transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or bank charges, are the responsibility of the customer.
  1. Use of Images and Media

By participating in our tours, you agree that Phoenix Tours & Photography may capture photographs and videos during the tour. These images may be used for

promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, inform us in writing before the tour begins.

  1. Data Protection and Privacy

We collect and store customer data in compliance with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and international data privacy standards such as GDPR. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

  1. Liability and Insurance
  • Phoenix Tours & Photography is not liable for injuries, loss of belongings, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other unexpected incidents.
  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The laws of Japan govern these terms. Any disputes shall be resolved in Japanese courts unless otherwise stated.
