Phoenix Tours & Photography<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

1. Introduction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Welcome to Phoenix Tours & Photography. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms comply with Japanese and international laws and govern your participation in our tours and related services.<\/p>\n\n

2. Booking and Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

\u25cf One-Day Tours & Photography Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

\u25cb Booking must be made at least one (1) day <\/strong>in advance.<\/p>\n\n

\u25cb Cancellations made one (1) day before <\/strong>the tour will receive a full refund.<\/p>\n\n

\u25cb Cancellations made two (2) or more days before <\/strong>but canceled one (1) day before <\/strong>will receive only a 50% refund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

\u25cb Weather Disclosure: <\/strong>In case of bad weather conditions that prevent the tour or photoshoot from taking place, customers will have the option to reschedule or receive a 100% refund.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

\u25cf Multi-Day Tours (5 Days or More)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

\u25cb Booking must be made at least one (1) month <\/strong>in advance.<\/p>\n\n

\u25cb Cancellations made two (2) weeks before <\/strong>the tour start date will receive only a 50% refund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

\u25cb No exceptions will be made.<\/p>\n\n

\u25cf Peak Season Tours<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

\u25cb Booking must be made at least two (2) months <\/strong>in advance.<\/p>\n\n

\u25cb Cancellations made one (1) month before <\/strong>the tour start date will receive only a 50% refund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

\u25cb No exceptions will be made.<\/p>\n\n

3. Payment Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

\u25cf All payments must be made in full at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n

\u25cf Payments are non-negotiable <\/strong>and must be completed using the accepted payment methods provided by Phoenix Tours & Photography.<\/p>\n\n

\u25cf Failure to make full payment will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.<\/p>\n\n

\u25cf Any additional fees, including transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or bank charges, are the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n\n

4. Use of Images and Media<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

By participating in our tours, you agree that Phoenix Tours & Photography may capture photographs and videos during the tour. These images may be used for<\/p>\n\n

promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, inform us in writing before the tour begins.<\/p>\n\n

5. Data Protection and Privacy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

We collect and store customer data in compliance with Japan\u2019s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) <\/strong>and international data privacy standards such as GDPR<\/strong>. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n

6. Liability and Insurance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

\u25cf Phoenix Tours & Photography is not liable for injuries, loss of belongings, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.<\/p>\n\n

\u25cf We recommend purchasing travel insurance <\/strong>to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other unexpected incidents.<\/p>\n\n

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The laws of Japan govern these terms. Any disputes shall be resolved in Japanese courts unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n\n
